Policies:

Room Amenities: All rooms offer private baths and phones, refrigerators, air conditioning, ceiling fans and television.

Guest Amenities: Guests enjoy complimentary full cooked to order breakfast and daily cocktail party from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, plus access to the 22 room Curry Mansion. No car is necessary; walk to everything; free parking. Handicap Accessible.

Holiday Policies: Special rates and minimum number of nights will apply during the Fantasy Fest, held in late October, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Christmas and New Years holidays.

Check-In: Rooms will be available for check-in by 2:00 pm. Early guest arrivals are welcome to use of pool, beach, showers etc. Please add 11-1/2 percent sales and room tax. All rooms include a FULL Breakfast from 8:00 am until 10:00 am.

Check-Out: Check out time is anytime before 11:00 am. Guests are welcome to use the pool, beach, showers, etc, all day until their departure without extra charge.

Office Closure: Our office closes at 7:30 pm. Please call if you plan to arrive after 7:30 pm for simple instructions on late arrivals.

Deposit: One night's deposit plus tax is required to confirm a reservation and will be applied to the last night of the reservation.

Cancellations: If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be kept in full. Any cancellation between time of booking and 14 days carries a $50.00 processing fee. Upon arrival, the balance of the confirmed reservation will be due and payable and in the event of an early departure will be non-refundable. Holidays and special events are non-cancellable without refund.

Extra Person: Please add $50.00 for each individual.
